The first challenge I faced was finding the hotel. There is a single sign, which only faces in one direction, so it is not the easiest place to find if you miss that (which I did...twice).
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the room I stayed in could definitely use a bit of TLC. The sink tap was really stiff to operate, the waterfall showerhead had some serious lime scale build up, and there was black mould around the shower tray - it happens everywhere and is not a huge issue, but does show that some refurbishment might be needed.
I stupidly paid for parking, as the listing said it was not free, only to be told at reception that it is free for guests. Totally my fault for not asking first, but not ideal.
I would go back if I was in the area, now that I know where it is, and would love to see what improvements were made
