Checked into the hotel and was immediately greeted by the smell of mold and mildew. I was given two different rooms. First room reeked of mildew and had mold forming in the thermostat. Second room had mold literally everywhere!!! The shower, the walls, the doors, window sills, etc. room also had makeup all over the bathroom wall, a huge stain in the carpet, crusty stuff on the walls. I was traveling with my daughter and she’s severely allergic to it. I told the manager and she wouldn’t even talk to me much less issue a refund. However I am working with Hotels.com to get my refund back in full since i didn’t stay there.
