What we liked: Staff’s helpfulness and quality of breakfast
However, were disappointed with our stay:
1. we were informed that on the first full-day of our stay (6/2/25) the water would be shut-off between 12pm & 3pm.
2. On the second full-day of our stay (6/3/25), hot water was not available the entire day. We could not take showers in the morning and had to take cold showers in the evening.
When we pay for an accommodation, we expect certain level of amenities and services as advertised. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen. However, the hotel offered no discount nor apologies when we checked out. In the future, we will be extremely hesitant to book a hotel under the Marriott brand.
