Veronica and housekeeper were both so kind and helpful. The unit was really clean, well maintained and had everything we would need for our stay. We were able to walk to almost everything and felt safe. If we were to come back we would stay here again, truly a beautiful place due to the management.

Hostess Veronica is fabulous, could be reached and available to answer questions about the property. Her housekeeping staff is also very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spotless and modern. The manager was amazing and very helpful. And the housekeeper was very sweet. We had to use our towels for a leak in the toilet hose, and had to buy our own toilet paper as we almost ran out. But the manager renewed our supplies as soon as she heard. Loved our stay.

A lovely apartment in a very convenient location.

Virtudes City Lofts property was well located, spotlessly clean, and nicely arranged including a small table and chairs. We enjoyed the apartment type living and were provided with everything we needed for a few days stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were of high quality. Communication was outstanding and we especially appreciated that our hostess made a taxi reservation for our departure.

Amazing room, good service

Absolutely beautiful room. Comfy bed good size washroom. No view to speak of in our room, and unfortunately there is a restaurant immediately below and everyone is always smoking so we had to keep the windows closed. The accommodation is at the top of the hills so you must be in good shape to walk this area. Going down is great, coming back up is very difficult when it's hot. So if you stay in the area it's beautiful. The host is very responsive to your needs.
