Upon checkout it took 40 minutes to get our car from the valet, it was a chaos an the employee was overwhelmed, rather than checking the texts to get the cars in order he was just serving the ones that went in person, finally another employee came to assist and when I asked about my vehicle he responded very rude and disrespectful “you have to wait they were here before you “ I try to explain that we texted 30 minutes ago and he responded again extremely rude “ you have to wait and they continue to assist all the others, finally when they were no cars left the manager came and got our vehicle, over 40 minutes, we missed our flight and have to wait for the next one available
