Everything was excellent. The front desk were very nice and allowed us an early check in after driving all night from Ohio to deliver our precious cargo back home to get ready for school. Swimming and exercise room were good. The room was clean and plenty of space for storage. Just excellent!! We enjoyed our stay!!

First but definitely won't be the last time staying at this property. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Great presentation when entering the room. Everything open displaying the cleanliness of the refrigerator, microwave and drawers. The staff especially Michael provided exceptional customer service. Michaels greeting as I arrived late was priceless!! I will no longer be staying at Hampton Inn off Camp Creek. This hotel is close to the airport and within walking distance to several restaurants. Thank you, for providing an outstanding experience truly a hidden jewel!

Room not clean

We checked in at 1am after a long day of flying and our room wasn’t clean. We had to switch rooms. It was a mistake that should have been caught before it happened.

Not able to receive a copy of my bill before checkout. This was inconvenient because if was not to get a clear understanding of the charges before being processed on my credit card. This may very well cause a overdraft on my checking account.

POOL NOT WORKING PISSED

Only reason booked this was for the POOL Get there & wasn't informed up front before checking in, that the POOL was CLOSED. VERY UNHAPPY GRANDKIDSMOM & GRANDMA. Need Refunded for not having Pool. Plus 4 guests & Only 3 sets of towels in room. Had to ask for more.????
