She gave us all her recommendation's for an excellent visit to kusatsu and they did not disappoint! We enjoyed the onsens, the new lounge, the drum show and the food! We had so much fun!

They are very patient and all employees have translator machines, they allowed me to check in early and take my bag to my room so I could walk around town. They got me a large yukata and food is wonderful. Room was clean and had extra futons for 5 more people, and the private onsen in room was amazing. Would go again someday
