This is an amazing value! Owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and breakfast is free. The place is very close to both the regional rail and metro, as well as many buses, which can take you where you want to go. Overall amazing value for money!

Everything about this property is perfect when it comes to cleanliness, privacy, service and more. The only negative things are that the area that this property is located at is a bit dirty with trash and smell of trash. Also, it is exhausting sometimes to walk to the main tourist spots because of this property’s location. Nonetheless, I had an excellent stay here.

Perfect Family stay - Clean rooms & friendly hosts
It was an amazing stay with super comfortable beds and beddings, super clean room and perfect bathroom. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the daily breakfast treats were loved by the kids. There was the flexibility of eating your lunch or dinner in the kitchen area too which was a very nice addition. The host Eleonora was super polite and helpful in guiding us throughout our trip. I will strongly recommend to get their shuttle service for pick-up/drop to airport since it was reasonably priced and super convenient. The consistent cleaning of the room throughout our stay won our hearts and I could not have found any other better place than this. I would also like to mention all the help we got from Eleonora and her husband when we faced a personal exigency. They stood with us like true friends and it speaks of what amazing human beings are these 2 lovely people. Blessed to have stayed here :-) Highly recommended !!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable for our honeymoon stay. The place was kept very clean our entire stay as they have a daily room clean as well as generous complimentary services. Our room had a lovely patio that was very much enjoyed and appreciated for our first stay in the lovely city of Rome. The staff, specifically Eleonora, who was very helpful and attentive our needs. 今回はアマルフィへ行く前後にそれぞれ宿泊しました。トゥスコラーナ駅から近いので空港間の往復に便利。また、地下鉄レディローマ駅も徒歩圏内であり、レディローマ近辺には有名店ポンピがある。 鍵の受け渡しは事前にエクスペディア経由のメールで迅速な対応をしてくれるので安心であった。 部屋は十分な広さがあり冷蔵庫内には無料の水、パックジュースが各１個入っており、エスプレッソカプセル２個は食堂で使うことができる。 朝食は食堂に常備しているパン各種を自由に食べるシステムである他、電子レンジ、電気ポットも使える。 スタッフは親切で完璧です、ありがとうございました。
