Fabulous place, perfectly appointed, serene
This place is beautiful, elegant, sumptuous, comfortable, well-appointed, interesting, and tasteful. It's a wee bit of a trek from the main sites, which means it is peaceful and feels quite safe. The host was charming, the room was better than I had even hoped. It was utterly perfect!

Great location, good room size. However, no housekeeping, so who replaces the toilet paper when there is no one at reception. No in-room coffee and tea except for a basement vending machine. Some light bulbs not working, again no one at reception to ask about. Booking a taxi in Florence is not easy, if there was a decent reception, this problem could be overcome. Free laundry facilities in the basement were excellent. Heating seems to be an issue until a certain date in October.

We had a nice stay here as a family of 4. The room was pretty small and I did miss having someone at the front desk at times. If it’s called a hotel, it should be staffed like a hotel. The AC didn’t work at first, but it was fixed the next day after we mentioned it. It was very nice to stay on the non-tourist side of the river. Much quieter and a nice break after a day with the crowds.

Although it was about 25 minutes from the train station, the hotel was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the public transportation but also were able to walk to central areas of Florence. The apartment was very clean and loved the decor. We loved the access to a washer and a dryer.

We loved this hotel! The room we stayed in was so nice, comfortable and clean, and the staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a safe area of town, and we walked to a delicious dinner. Highly recommended!

2 Nights In Florence
This place was definitely as pictured, except the view is even more magnificent! We even had the treat of seeing a hot air balloon takeoff right in front of our place at sunrise. We watched as it floated over Florence and it was absolutely stunning, the view from the patio is truly amazing!! They were also super helpful with communicating with the parking garage. We had made a reservation at the one they had suggested, but they took care of calling and having our car picked up for us and then dropped off when it was time for us to leave. This was super helpful!

Overall, pretty disappointing
Good location, spacious rooms but glaring lack of attention to details. Shower door doesn't stay shut which causes water to leak out. One main outlet by bed dysfunctional. One doorway lower than others which causes anyone of height to hit their head. A/C is limited and we had to turn on the "heat" to get the air conditioning to work. No additional rolls of toilet paper on premises (which is ridiculous). akward layout with one of two bathrooms downstairs. stairs are painted black which are hard to see in the dark. difficult to communicate over the phone with property manager as someone is only on premises for a limited amount of time on certain days. requested additional towels (since we had to use others to sop up water coming from shower) and had to wait more than a day to get towels.
