What's good:
-very close to the train station
-free breakfast (Japanese style)
-rooms are spotless
-reception staff can speak English
-laundry facilities (with washing line in bathroom)
-good range of shops and izakayas in the immediate vicinity
What could be better:
-walls are very thin! I swear I heard someone in the next room doing their Duolingo lesson. My room was next to the lift and I could hear the mechanism all night. Ear plugs are a necessity
-very little obvious clothes storage, but with creative use of shelves and desk you can unpack a large case
-only one lift for a 10 storey hotel, which can create a lot of waiting
