Do you blame Hotels.com or This Hotel???? Dirty

Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty. Don’t speak English but in English says to call this number for shuttle from airport. Spent more on taxi than room cost. I hate hotels.com for not vetting these hotels better.

1- The hotel is in nowhere and not recommend . 2- I waited 1.5 for bus pickup in the morning. 3- Staff said no bus afternoon or night and I have to pay for taxi.

It was a very nice hotel when it was new, but it's still a nice place to stay in. The airport shuttle doesn't run on the schedule provided, they have one shuttle that runs once an hour. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport the taxi cost was 84 Yuan because it was late at night

I liked that everyone was kind, although almost nobody speaks English they made the effort to make me feel welcomed and understand me, the only thing I did not like is that the wifi is really slow but besides that everything was awesome, the breakfast is really tasty! 🤗

This place smells like grandma cooking rotten rats and it smells wet, almost likely it is moldy, the walls are falling apart. The carpet is so dirty and ugly and very old. A very rundown hotel. But cheap. I liked that it was just cheap but I won’t be booking this hotel again.

The free airport shuttle is the main reason I picked this hotel. However it took a while for the bus to come. On the way back to the airport the next morning the shuttle bus was so crowded so I ended standing by the door for the entire 10 min ride. Good thing was that they dropped me off at the subway station. Since I was going to the city, no need to go back to the airport. The breakfast was good, especially the stirred fried vegetables.

Said there was a free shuttle as soon as you text them they will be there within 30 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle. Our room was disgustingly dirty, the shop next door didn’t take card and no one wanted to help us. The cleanliness of our room really put us off eating or doing much as it was so dirty.

Staff weren’t very helpful. They didn’t ask for us to pay when we arrived (normally we pay before hand so we forgot too) and instead of waiting until morning we had a staff member bang on our door after midnight. We have two kids under two who were sleeping. We arranged the shuttle service to take us to the airport the following morning and they cancelled it last minute resulting in us needing to organise a taxi. Place is dirty, especially the bathroom but our main issue is staff incompetence.
