What a beautiful little boutique hotel. So comfortable and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel Santo Stefano is a fantastic boutique hotel. The rooms are smallish (the nature of Venice architecture!) but beautifully appointed. The staff went out of their way to help us at every moment, the most invaluable help was with finding us places to eat. We had some of the best food we’ve ever had in Italy let alone Venice, and if you know anything about Venice it can be a mine field avoiding the tourist traps. The location is simply wonderful, such a beautiful square, and you are no more than a 5 minute walk to all the areas you’re likely to visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was just fine for a great visit of Venice. The plaza it was in was wonderful at night, and was quiet in the after hours. There were restaurants near by and all the attractions of Venice were easily walkable. The hotel check in was quick and easy, the staff was wonderful, and room was cozy. There was free coffee, hair dryer available, and free water bottles. The walls are thin so noise transfers. I feel the location was perfect and I’d stay here again. I’d recommend. No issues or complaints.
