Do not book here. Booked the room through Hotels.com and paid in full. The hotel charged us in full also. When asked about the charge at the hotel they wouldn’t reverse or hold the charge. They could see that it was charged incorrectly but wouldn’t address the problem. Have tried getting ahold of someone for 4 days. Hotels.com can’t get anyone to answer the call and credit card company is now trying to dispute through writing. The front desk acknowledged the problem and supposedly escalated to the GM but she said she hasn’t been able to talk to GM and the GM doesn’t answer calls. Terrible customer service!!
