We are staying 3 nights , in general is good hotel except we got our luggage broke in by someone of the hotel and the hotel just got a word " sorry " for us . Luckily nothing was stolen but it's a damage on our Samsonite luggage and the hotel is not responsible about that . They are 4 1/2 star hotel and if this kind of thing happen the question is or they are deserve those stars .
Staff weren't welcoming like in other Asian hotels we have visited and just watched as I moved three suitcases out front of hotel to taxi
Was raining whilst in Chiang Mia and they had shelter at side of hotel, front awning and in front of tiny bar at front of hotel, all leaked alot and weren't for for purpose. Generally the hotel was ok, but would have expected more at this price point.

Before our trip, I’ve sent a email to the hotel ask for decoration the room to celebrate our anniversary. Then the hotel promised to arrange flowers for complimentary . But end up there’s nothing in the room!
Feeling disappointed!
But their breakfast was good ! And the location is great!
The hotel is in a great area and it is a clean, welcoming hotel with nice facilities. Breakfast was also great. We had a 2-bedroom suite for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. The room configuration was quite poor - it was 2 rooms plus a bathroom connected only by a hall. No common area which was really suitable for 4. Fine for 2 nights but not as spacious as other 2-bedroom suites booked in our travels.
