Vi hade turen att vårat rum var färdigt innan inchecknings tiden. Han som tog emot oss i receptionen var jättetrevlig och gav oss ett varmt välkomnande. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Vi är mycket nöjda med våran vistelse.

It was a perfect place for the one night we stayed. Walking distance (about 15 mins) to Trevi Fountain and bus stop a block away. Employees were extremely friendly and answered all our questions as well as gave us suggestions. We took a cab to termini stations which was convenient.

The room was not realy great, actually it was small. And the bedsheets were not really clean. The room was to warm, aircon did not work properly, even after the hotel assistance and explained how it works and set our favorite tempature. The shower aera is to small. The soap and shampoo products did not wordk properly, because the top was still closed, and because I press to hard, the bottled was fallen off the wall. The water in the toilet keep on dripping.

Het was het allemaal net niet. Waren aan het verbouwen. Alles slecht afgewerkt. Kamer was niet wat we ervan verwachten omdat de foto's op de website er beter uit zagen dan wat we kregen. Service minimaal. Hier moet echt iets gebeuren m.b.t. prijs kwaliteit.

The hotel is in a safe area within walking distance to some points of interest. The hotel itself needs some updates. The carpet on the hallways hasn't been changed since the 80s, probably. There were several mattresses on the hallway for the whole 6 days we were there. Very weird. The room had some updates but the bathroom looked old and needed at least some paint. Tiny "bottle" of shampoo and one small soap. No amenities in the room. No coffee maker (not even in the lobby). Never been in a hotel room without a coffee maker . Anyway, the hotel needs some work.

La struttura complessivamente nelle parti comuni era soddisfacente ma la camera esa di qualità scadente, manutenzione scadente, pareti sporche, pitturazione abbozzata, spazi angusti, bagno minuscoli, ricambi carta igienica e detergenti inesistenti, frigorifero vuoto, qualtità letti aggiuntivi scarsissima, in più dopo la prenotazione di Expedia, l'Hotel non confermava la prenotazione e mi obbligava a pagare tutto in anticipo con carta di credito disconoscendo facolta di prenotazione gratuito di expedia. Nonostante nostri solleciti sia ricambi bagno che bibite nel frigo sono stati nulli. Mai Expedia è stata così scadente.. servizi ed affidabilità pessimi. Il personale complessivamente cordiale ha cercato di supplire a carenze ma con esiti nulli. Sconsiglio a tutti anzi consiglio di cancellare proprio account expedia. Ho dovuto "sottostare" perche viaggio con due bambini. VERGOGNA !!! .. ps: se fosse possibile vi allegherei le foto.....

The hotel was very clean, and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Despite the negative reviews, the hotel was actually very quiet compared to many othet hotels that I've stayed in. The continental breakfast was amazing!! One of the best! So much selection, and staff there were all so kind. Their restaurant, Q'4RT is amazing! We ate there a lot because other restaurants didn't compare. They made the best tiramisu and pizza! We really enjoyed our stay and the staff there's amazing!

There was a lot of evidence of cleaning throughout the day in the public areas and the room was made up to a high standard everyday … the cleaning staff and dining staff were friendly and efficient .. reception staff could be friendlier if I’m honest … the breakfast was adequate but not exceptional and was the same everyday … the beds weren’t the most comfortable and as a double were just two singles pushed together (and they moved!!) the pillows were rock hard! The decor was firmly rooted in the 1980s and our room needed a lick of paint and a more modern (flat!!) bathroom as it had 2 steps into the main room.The hotel is in a busy area and while the traffic noise was bearable (and understandable) loudly emptying the bins and loud deliveries at 6/7 am every day we were there definitely disturbed us as did fellow guests leaving at 4am (not the hotels fault obviously!!) so I can’t say we slept that well … I’d call the stay satisfactory overall as it was minor niggles a lot of it probably beyond the hotels control.
