Room was clean and hotel was safe. Very polite and helpful staff. Has wifi bit not many other amenities. Easy access to the turnpike. Enjoyed the stay. Has fridge and microwave.

It smelt bad it was dirty, found pubic hairs, and a spider in the tub. Don’t think they realize all the food in grime on the outside of the refrigerator comes off. It smelled as if someone didn’t take out the trash. It was awful to top it off. I was traveling with a nine-year-old the hotel would not offer me to transfer my last day on reservation so this single mother with a single income had to spit out more money for another hotel so that we can take a shower and sleep in a clean environment. The pictures that are displayed are not at all what you get . DON’T STAY HERE. I was told I will be refunded for the second night. I will repost because we will see how that goes.

This is a cost effective, no frills hotel. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, ample, well-lit parking. Ian, the front desk guy is friendly and hospitable.

Really nice for longer term stay loved that they have a mini kitchen that helps a lot and the girls at the front desk were so amazing so helpful and kind. I loved that they had a laundry room. But the only thing they were missing is a 24hr convenience store and breakfast spot. It is annoying to have to go to Walmart when you need something urgent or ordering from DoorDash it takes a while when your on a time crunch.

My say was a little bit hectic in the beginning but absolutely wonderfully me and you have an amazing set of Staff who not only helped you with anything that you needed but also was great conversation for the rough time that me and my family are going through with the passing of my dad if ever I'm in the area would Springs is where I will stay. The suite had a mini stove, microwave, full sized fridge with freezer. The windows did not have black out blinds and you will hear the other guests walking around on occasion. The check in person was friendly efficient, and when we asked for a late check out they gave it to us right away. Overall my stay here was good.

We checked in around 9 PM on a Friday night, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful—really made us feel welcome. However, the experience changed on Saturday morning when the staff switched. One of the workers was loud and came off a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. The room itself was just okay. The sheets didn’t seem very clean—there was hair on the bed, which was off-putting. No breakfast was offered, but they did provide free coffee, which was a nice touch. The biggest plus was the location—very convenient, close to shopping and great dining spots. Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5. I might stay here again in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

It was fine.

Wasn’t a bad experience at all, room was no frills. Allowed me to get a good nights sleep on a travel trip through the Glades and the Keys. My only knock would be that anyone having a conversation in the hallways will sound like they’re in your room. Other than that, I really have no complaints.
