Stayed at WoodSpring Suites Miami Southwest (July 3–6). Changed rooms 3 times due to issues: no blankets, cold water, unclean rooms, and no working Wi-Fi. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Promised a refund but never followed through. Hotels.com was no help either – just passed the blame to the hotel. Totally unprofessional from both sides. Do not book here or through Hotels.com!

Really nice for longer term stay loved that they have a mini kitchen that helps a lot and the girls at the front desk were so amazing so helpful and kind. I loved that they had a laundry room. But the only thing they were missing is a 24hr convenience store and breakfast spot. It is annoying to have to go to Walmart when you need something urgent or ordering from DoorDash it takes a while when your on a time crunch.

I fully paid for my stay before even entering the state of Florida. I was locked out of the room I booked 3 times as they said I owed payment. I even called hotels.com. Their solution was for me to go to the front desk each time so they could reactivate my room key. Someone had kicked or punched a hole in the door of the room I was given.
The elevator, the only elevator broke down. They didn’t even put a sign up and I had to carry all of my luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
They disabled my WiFi access before it was even time to check out.
