Staff & cleaning
I came in my room and of course checked the cleanliness because I didn’t want a dirty room and there was hair on the bed and the shower had dirt on the bottom very easily cleanable dirt. The tv remote had chocolate or something on it as well. As soon as I got to my room I waited until room service was available which I was told at five and the website was down because it kept saying shift was closed and to call front desk. I called the front desk three times and was hung up on every time. At this point I went to front desk and complained about the cleanliness and room service the man said sorry we don’t do refunds which I didn’t bring up in conversation and he was extremely unhelpful. The only good experience I had with staff was the bartender.
