If you are looking for budget hotels around rly stn in this area then this is the best one due to facilities like lift lobby, clean corridors and rooms...good hotel staff...superb restaurant for buffet breakfast and lunch...only problem is room is little small...i booked ac doublebed room....it is little small...but the best part is it is near to the road and so quite easy to find cab auto...overall it was a comfy stay ...

Good experience at Lotus Grand
Very close to Secunderabad rly stn and bus stop. Overall experience was good. Recommended for everyone.

Average hotel
Double beds were shown in the pics for the price, but only a single bed was provided. I was told they give only a single bed for online rates. Did not get any hot water on the first day. Though location is excellent, the actual street is in deplorable condition with sewage smell. Too much noise outside the hotel room. Staff were very friendly with prompt service. Did not try food.

Sheets were dirty, no towels, toilet seat broken
OYO cancelled my reservation cause I did not respond to their messages. Expedia told me I do not need to take further action.
Do not go by pictures posted online, rooms are below average with dirty / greyish linen / sheets with stains on it.
Restroom seat was broken and will pinch in your thigh.
Not recommended at all

With reference to the hotel, staff and other activities are good. But the booking through OYO is not. Booking confirmed by you. If I not checked-in on the date, automatically tariff will be deducted from my card provided during booking. One day before the date, OYO sent one Msg to my mobile for stay confirmation or cancellation by missed call. I had given missed call for confirmation and received confirmation from them. I informed them the check-in time also. But while check-in in the hotel, they informed that no booking is available or cancelled. Then I contacted them over mobile. Simply they are telling no response for the call. Then with lot of discussion provided room with higher tariff.
How many confirmations required for staying. Very regrettable.

Food was horrible. Bed spring was spoiled
Food was very bad. The springs of the bed was at many sites were broken and no hot water water was coming........... .

Not a good one,but considerable if no other option
The rooms are not very spacious when compared to the other ones. Also the bathroom lacks cleanliness. If there is not better option available then you can go for this.

Stay away
Front-desk receptionist (name is Suraj) was extremely rude and sarcastic. He repeats everything you say sarcastically with fake accent. When I said i reserved room through Expedia he said he knows only cleartrip, goibibo oyorooms etc not any expedia or hotels.com. not sure then why they are selling their inventory through Expedia. He told me to check with whomever i booked through since they have -4 rooms availability. I am not sure what that -4 is (may be 4 of their guests staying in corridor?). Why-TF accept my reservation when room availability is -4? He made me call 3 customer service numbers and wait for 40 minutes to allot a room. he was behaving as if he's owing that entire property and doing some charitable work for the guests. The room he allotted to me smelled like a public toilet and there is no seat cover on the commode(may be he was thinking I don't know how to use a western bathroom?). I called him 3 times to complain about it but no response from him. attached the picture of bathroom.

Very best hotel to stay at secunderabad
The best hotel to stay at secunderabad.centrally located in the city.food is good.atmosphere is hygiene and hotel staff is helpful and courteous.value for money.I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Nice hotel recommended for everyone
Very nice and clean atmosphere.rooms r like 5 star standard.reception staff is obedient and co operative.house keep is also good.coming to food it's awesome.we had lunch in the restaurant.unlimited veg buffet is for 100rs.....value for money....when ever I visit secunderabad I will stay in this hotel only....without any doubt u can check in to this....Hotel lotus grand maintain same kind of standards....thank u
