Reception is the first impression for hotel.

Paid a triple room and only got a double. Asked reception why and showed the Reservation to the staff who had Curly hair He was very impolite and said he did Not know anything about that just either take the room or contact the website we bookef through.Nothing else he can do... Really Unpleasant check in. However the next receptionist Red was very nice guy who really helped us. Overall hotel location is really good.

Unsafe conditions-hotel refused responsibility

I booked Hotel 87 in Rome and was given a room with black mold on the ceiling. The hotel told me I could switch rooms the next day, meaning I was expected to sleep in unsafe conditions on my first night. I paid a lot of money and did not receive a safe, habitable room upon arrival. The hotel also refused to issue a refund or take responsibility. This property does not match the photos and reviews shown online. Travellers deserve to know that safety and accountability are not guaranteed here.

Excellent location however hot water to our room on floor 5 was an issue. Both nights took ages to get a trickle coming through. Car parking was a little away up a hill so maybe not brilliant if you are travelling with children but maybe thats the price you pay for a good location.
