Our stay was great! The hotel is the best one in Everett and I’ve stayed at most all of them. Super nice staff. Only one complaint. They ran out of clean pool towels and we called from the pool to ask for more and they never came.

Downtown hotel- streets crawling with homeless. Wanted to go for a walk but didn't feel safe. Parking garage is safe $15.

Staff was great. Place was nice, clean. It’s just that you get nickled and dimed on every turn. Parking was $18 a day. Mediocre oatmeal, coffee, and small apple juice was $24. Everything was an up charge. You’re told you get high speed wifi but you end up getting 8Mbps. Of course you can pay more for faster. Only 5% of menu was available in the evening. Your fridge has a button that keeps items cool for 2 hour stretches in order to save power? Come on.
