This was a terrible experience all the way around. I had called the hotel prior to booking to see which rooms had the soaker tubs, I was told that the suites had a 50/50 chance of getting a tub but one was not guaranteed. I messaged the hotel to explain what had been discussed with the receptionist and they read the messages but still never responded. However, when we checked it, we were informed that those rooms no not have the option of a soaker tub. Therefore, I would have booked the smaller room to get the soaker tub. The "separation" in the suite is not a full wall and does not provide separation from the other spaces. There was a kitchen and stairwell entrance that was right next to our door causing there to be an abundance of noise all throughout the stay. When we spoke to a manager at 7 pm that night, we were told that this would go on until midnight and they would send a bottle of champagne, as it was our anniversary, which did not happen. There was also cursing in the hallways and the maid service was loud when they were still cleaning the rooms at 3:30 pm. As guest, we signed a no noise policy, but they don't hold their employees to the same standard. I have tried to reach out the manager of the hotel a few times since our stay but nobody has contacted me to deal with the multiple issues of this stay.
