Nice and comfortable stay

The hotel location is 5min walk from Mall of Emirates. The room is comfortable and we had a connecting room to my friends. The only issue we faced during our stay is the aircon is cold and the shower spray is inconsistent as it turn hot n very hot suddenly despite getting technicians to fix it. Other than that the rest is ok

Great

The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed.
