Just wanted to get away for a few days. Reasonably priced. Unbeknownst to us, the owner checked us in himself. Very friendly. The restaurant wasn't open when we arrived due to the season, but he gave us some recommendations in the area. They were great. We ate in the Lucurne's restaurant on our last night. They were very busy. The staff was very friendly . The food was outstanding.

Wonderful Inn, convenient location to local attractions. Drop dead views! Onsite restaurant with terrific pricing and plenty of options from pub fare to an 8 oz. filet! Room was clean and quaint. Too cold this time of year to enjoy the outdoor options but they include decks, gazebo and a pool. Looking forward to another stay this coming summer!

We paid premium for a splurge experience- it was not. Room was shabby with only 1 upholstered chair. No nearby restaurants for dinner and little help from receptionist. On site restaurant was closed. Included breakfast was yogurt, boxed cereal and commercial granola bars. Tea bags but no hot water. At 7 am trash cans near food were overflowing. Off season rate early May should have been much lower.

the lore surrounding the Lucerne is exciting. Very nice facility, updated as much as you really would want so not to over take the 100yro essence , this place is very romantic and quite the experience if you want to walk the halls after 2am. Staff is fantastic and well educated o. the history. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with great views. Pleasantly surprised by superb in house dining with a great menu including options other than seafood ( like French opinion soup, lamb chops)… this is a hotel one can return to over and over!
