Good Value and Convenient Location

The place was above average and definitely worth the money. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with queries after our stay. The room was clean, though it could have been a bit more cosy. Great location with lots of shops nearby. Overall, a nice stay while in Osaka.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!

The hotel was walkable to Dotonbori which was great for food and night life. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. Check in was very easy and convenient. The hotel also offered luggage delivery in the lobby and had a money exchange machine!

The room is a little bit smaller than i thought, But its enough for me since i travel solo and its nice and clean. Location wise its very convenient, there is convenience store nearby, Dotonbori street is walkable. Amenities from hotels are great, and its self service.

The location is just perfect. I found my room to be on the quiet side, so I did not have problems with noise. The room size was perfect for a solo traveler. The space was cleaned well. A lot of free amenities available both in the room and the check in area.

Convenience and comfortable stay

Comfortable room and bed and excellent location close to shops transport and very convenient. The amenities provided are excellent. Always had hot water. The staff when you call for assistance were excellent they would transfer to someone. that spoke English and I got the help I needed.
