Les piscines et la plage sont parfaites! La vue est imprenable. Restaurant ça fait dure en titi ! Pour notre part les manèges n’était ps ouvert alors assez décevant à ce niveau. Élément assez important pas de wifi dans les chambres.

Hard to work with Would Not Stay Again

The view was lovely and the inclusive food and drink were nice touches, but overall, the stay was disappointing. Key issues: • No in-room WiFi – Only available in the outdoor, non-air-conditioned common area (also the restaurant). Not disclosed in listing. • Extremely hilly property – Shuttle rarely ran; we had to walk steep hills in 95° heat daily. We saw an older man nearly fall walking downhill. • Limited dining – Only one restaurant open (not the 2–3 advertised). Buffet was hit or miss. • Airport shuttle misleading – Only picks up from the airport. Return trip costs extra via cab. • Poor local food options – Walkable restaurants nearby, but none were great. • No laundry room – Maid helped us with laundry, but no facilities or heads-up beforehand. • Delux King layout is odd – Two-story unit requires going outside to access upper level. Only one key given at check-in. • Wildlife concerns – You have to lock the door between levels to keep raccoons out. • Staff just okay – Polite but not proactive. Javier, the VIP host, was helpful and friendly. Had we known all this, we would have booked elsewhere.

Spend your money anywhere else

So old and outdated. The video and website is pure false advertisement . I paid for all inclusive , arrived at 7am after flying all night and couldn’t have food or use the pool till noon unless I paid extra for those 5 hours. When I finally got my room the AC was not working. After going back up the hill of death, to request maintenance, then back down only to have the maintenance guy say it was fine even though it was not blowing cold air at all. Back to the top to ask for a new room where the front desk girl was super rude and told me it’s working you don’t need a new room . I insisted and she slammed the keys on the counter. Only to end up with ants in my bed . Zero maid service even when requested. No water in the mini fridge, never even offered to restock. No wifi in the rooms and barely worked in the so called restaurant, which is literally like a school cafeteria with maybe 5 options. Snack bar was hot dogs , fries and chips every single day . What you saw for dinner you would have as luck the next day. Breakfast was the same every single day for 7 days. Advertised arcade game room-nope, billiards-nope, cafe- 3 coffee pots, deli- toast and rolls. Restaurant #2 never open the whole time I was there. Coffee machine in the room had to be taken off the desk and put on the floor to plug in. No free shuttles anywhere . Pool tiles coming off the bottom of the pool. 21 places to sit by the pools with at least 100 ppl in the pool area ! Even the locals felt bad for me. Dirty

I wouldn’t suggest that anyone Black comes here. As the only black people staying on the property for the first couple of days, the racism was palpable. The constant “Negrita, Negra,” from staff and noises from other guests became the soundtrack of the trip. Check in was smooth and some of the staff were accommodating. Our rooms were okay until two nights before we left when water started pooling in the ceiling above the bed and dripped on and off. When I mentioned that someone can come into the room while we’re out to fix it, I was told that they would be sending someone. When we came back and asked the other worker on shift if someone checked the room, they asked me to check if the work was done and if not to message the front desk. Then the front desk asked one of the staff to go with us and check but he seemed uninterested. When we got to the room we saw that all that was done was that the bed was moved. Later that day the pool of water in the ceiling shifted until it popped before we left and fell onto the floor like a shower. The massage staff and tour agent were professional.

This place has its ups and downs. Up would be the view. Absolutely stunning. Downside unclean pools, they get cleaned once in the morning but being on the hill they get wind gusts that fill half the pool with bugs and palm leaves. Up the staff is nice Down. No wifi in the room Up foods okay Down no variation in the buffet. Also unrip pineapple is server which causes diarea. We also had no water in our room after eating said pineapple so no flushing :( The parking is at the bottom of a massive hill they do have trucks that pick up ever 15 minutes and drop you off. All inclusive does not mean the mini fridge which has 2 beers 2 waters and a bottle of wine. They have roughly 200 guests when we were here... and 20 patio chairs. Not alot of sunbathing space and people hold chairs for hours without sitting at them. Our booked dinner was pretty good and we also did massages down by the beach and those were incredible. Highly recommend. Overall 2/5 for all inclusives i have stayed at.

Food was mediocre, service once people got to you was great, but wait times were long. Great location, walking distance to beach but no concept of time for sure. Needed doctor they told me 4 or 430, he showed between 8-830p.

staff speak limited English and poor customer service. Foods has very limited options.I checked out 1 day early due to snow storm in Toronto. Both Expedia and Hotel refused to refund or provide credit.

We enjoyed our stay at Condovac. We traveled with teens and little kids. The food was wonderful, lots to choose from. The kids enjoyed the fresh fruit and endless pina coladas. The location itself is wonderful but you need to take the shuttle if you want to go from the ocean to the lobby/restaurant. It's pretty hard to get around if you have a baby in a stroller. You have to climb the big hill or grab the shuttle which means folding the stroller and holding the baby. It's quit difficult if you're by yourself. We had a double stroller and had to lug it up and down the hill a few times. The property itself is wonderful but not the most ideal with squirmy toddlers that you have to protect from falling in the pool or off of the viewing platform. The platform is super cool but has no walls so you have to watch the little kids. Overall id rate it an 8 just because of the no wifi in rooms and less accessibility with little kids.

2 star "resort" at best. Food didn't look worth risking. Buildings & rooms are dated. Hardly any chairs around pools. Nicely situated property. Staff were friendly & shuttle service was timely.

Beautiful scenic views. Shuttle to the beach was fast and reliable. Food was the same everyday. Only the buffet available. The amenities - carousels, popcorn hut etc not open during the week.

We loved our time in Costa Rica! Condovac La Costa has incredible views from the property. Javier Salas from Unique transfers and tours was incredible on site! The only thing that we didn't like was the food was almost the same everyday and the meats were tough. We ate out a lot.

Que le pasó a este lugar..!?

Tenía muchisimos años de no visitar el hotel. Fui con mi familia y nos encontramos con unas instalaciones viejas, descuidadas y limitadas en general ("quedadas" en el tiempo). No podría describirlo como un "todo incluido". Sería mas apropiado llamarle un: Hotel económico de consumo ilimitado (en lo poco que ofrecen). Ofrecen una variedad de comidas que no cumplen, y la calidad es bastante deficiente. Durante los tiempos de comida, el restaurante principal se convierte en un caos al mejor estilo de "todos contra todos" por la comida. No hubo WiFi en ninguna parte del hotel, durante los 3 dias que estuvimos, y no se solucionó. Hay pocas o nulas actividades para niños, solamente unos "carruseles" viejos. La limpieza en la zona de piscinas era deficiente, y con poco personal para atender las instalaciones. Las piscinas pasaban llenas de basura (hojas, ramas, vasos y cosas que por el viento iban cayendo en el agua). Parece que en general las falencias se deben a mala administración o falta de presupuesto para operar tal como se promueven.. Dentro de las cosas positivas: algunas personas del staff del hotel eran amables y atentos. La playa es agradable, con agua limpia y cristalina. Los atardeceres desde esta zona son espectaculares. NO lo recomiendo, y no volverémos.
