Stayed one night, located near restaurants and night market

Good central located hotel

Stayed here for three nights whilst in Hualien. Although the room was quite basic, it was very clean and fresh towels were provided each day. Staff were very helpful despite the language barrier and we managed perfectly well with Google translate. They got us a taxi very quickly when we checked out. Breakfast was adequate for our needs also. Location is great for walking to night market, shops and restaurants. Good option if you’re looking for something central.

definitely one of the no-next-time hotel

The hotel staff is very courteous ,but still couldn't cancel out the poor experience we had. First of all , one of the tea plate was smudged with coffee or tea residue. Guess the room cleaner forgot to change it Secondly , poor sound proof , we can hear what people is doing next door. And surprisingly hotel put us and a tour group on the same floor. Guess how noisy they can be in the early morning. The worst , hotel made a loud broadcast announcement while we were still in sleep looking for a car owner. This is totally unacceptable. Not everyone is early bird Lastly , stiff mattress ... another point deducted. In general , the location seems to be the only advantage.

櫃檯親切有笑容. 出飯店門找尋吃的 逛街 採購都不遠. 能吃到熱乎乎早餐也很幸福,熱心一直填加食才. 雖然馬桶下些許漏水,雙腳會踩到水,有反應給櫃檯,願意幫我們更換房間, 先生婉拒了！ 卻要一直提醒我不要碰到水, 貴飯店連鎖是我們第3次選擇住,匆匆4天3夜還okay!

床很硬，枕頭很扁，空調很差，椅子凹陷難坐

出門旅遊玩了一天，最想躺在好的床上，飯店的床還真如評論上說的很硬很難睡，枕頭只有一顆很扁，結果整個晚上腰板和頭難受，整晚很難睡，加上空調聲音還蠻大的，開了一天車照道理應該很好睡，結果整晚睡的好辛苦，浴室淋浴的只有一片玻璃，洗澡淋浴時水會噴到外面，這點和東南亞的飯店一樣，我訂的是豪華房，裡頭有浴缸，倒是泡在浴缸裡睡了一下，馬桶是舊式的不是免治馬桶，走廊的地毯接縫處開開裂，停車場在飯店旁邊，很大很寬，這點倒是不錯，但說實在飯店老舊，雖然有重新裝修過，但⋯，這次住的這飯店，看官自己評估吧

這次入住雙床房型,房間不大不小剛剛好.隔音可以. 整潔和舒適度都很好.床鋪是偏硬的但也不到不好睡的地步. 浴室空間也適中,唯一缺點是蓮蓬頭和開關有點問題,但無礙.沒有停車場,但飯店補貼停車費$100, 附近有付費的停車場,路邊車格收費10am~10pm $20/hr.

勉強睡一晚還行

是為了延續住宿印花效力才訂房，但櫃台人員在check in的時候連訂房編號、姓名都懶得找，還好旁邊的男服務人員會主動查系統、另一個女服務人員積極辦理住房，讓人稍覺寬慰。 沒有自行車可借，浴帽一戴就破，隔音不好，床偏硬，整間房只有書桌有一個插座，浴室蓮蓬頭水力還不錯。
