I have stayed at the nearby Westin in past visits. So, I decided to try a new hotel brand with a luxe vibe. This hotel did not let me down. It's took away from the street line. One can miss it, if he/she is not paying close attention. The lobby is exactly as pictured in the photos on Hotels.com. I was already impressed with a text reminder of my hotel stay from the hotel. The online check-in process is the way to go. I arrived later than expected. When I walked into the lobby, there was a front desk associate waiting with my initial bill and room in an envelope. The process could not get any faster than that. I was provided directions to using the elevators to access my room then off I went. I had two hours to get ready for The Weeknd's concert. When I opened my room door, I was totally impressed. The decor is modern contemporary. One of my favorite designs. The shower is nicely sized. Everything was clean and bright. Hopefully, my first impression of Hotel Indigo will be my everlasting impression. The place is close enough to walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Aquarium. There is a Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters across the street. The Waffle House, Centennial Park, and Landmark Ferris Wheel is a short walk. I have a travel group. I plan to add this hotel brand to the list of great and safe stays. It's not a Dubai, but it can be a close second.
