The hotel show Pet friendly, we have booked the premium Tent, after receive booking confirmation., we call the resort a couple time, no one answer.
Upon arrival, the staff told us the premium Tent is not pet friendly, you guys did not check "pet are only allow in specify room and you should call us" on Expedia and move us to Cabin and charge us the premium Tents' charge.
Both the resort and Expedia refuse to refund the different in price.
Honestly if this is a pet friendly one, they should indicate which type room are pet friendly and which are not. And stopping blaming customer did not contact the hotel, and nor even no one answer, you should leave us message and why you guy don't leave us messages.
Overall this is quite an unpleasant experience and Thanks, never again.
