I like to complaint regarding booking of my stay. You guys are giving confirmation of booking, but when I visited hotel they say no booking in my name. What action will you take on it.

Paid.. but not stayed- COMPLAINT
I went there at 12.30 am... I gave the reference number to the receptionist to get my room... He said that my booking was not confirmed yet & So you have to make a fresh booking also he said that there is no rooms available... I can't argue further because he doesn't understand my language also it past midnight... So I have no other option to book another room... And the receptionist himself referred another hotel nearby.... I paid another Rs 2500 for that new booking....It's a worst experience in my life paying 2500 without having a room.... I would not have taken that alternate room because i believe my booking was not confirmed as my account was not debited till then... It's only the next day at the checkout time my account got debited and I can't do further.... It's like throwing money in the water....

Worst hotel in i have ever seen
Bad experience for staying in this hotel. No hygine no room service. Mosquitos and flies in rooms everywhere.
