the resort was far from the picture and description. much to crowded, pool extreemly small. way to many people - had to wait 1 hour every morning just to get breakfast. not a relaxing hotel we had to leave hotel 2 days earlier as we gave up to stay there.

もうオールインクルーシブを謳ってるグランドメルキュールの方針なのかもしれませんが、説明が雑です。他より安価で泊まれるので目を瞑れるレベルと言えばそうですがサービス業として当たり前の事をやってくれないので慣れてない方は違和感あると思います。布団敷きだったり、子供用アメニティへの配慮とかですね。部屋には子供用が置いてませんでしたし、子供が泊まると予約段階で分かって居るのだから用意しておいてくれるのは普通では？とは思いました。食事は種類も豊富にあり、美味しかったです。ただ、ひとつの時間に人が押し寄せるとまず席にまともに座れなかったり取りたい料理が中々取れないなどありました。スムーズさは改善する努力をされた方がいいです。

全体的には満足しています。ありがとうございました。ただ、何度か平日に違うグランドメルキュールに泊まっているのですが、少し淡路島は雑多な感じがしました。人気の土地なのと夏休みなので人が多いのがあるかとはおもいますが、もう少しゆったり過ごしたかったです

ファミリーで泊まりました！

家族旅行で利用しました。2部屋取ったので隣同士希望にして頂きました。閉まっている時間もありますが1Fロビー奥でフリードリンク、生ビール、焼酎やワインもありました。お菓子はグミマシュマロラムネおかきナッツクッキー小さな紙コップに入れて全て部屋への持ち込み可。朝夜のバイキングもLINEから待ち時間が分かり大変便利でした。料理も種類豊富で子供から大人まで楽しめるメニューになってました。小さな子供連れにはスタッフが直ぐに子供用の椅子や赤ちゃんチェアーを持って行ってて凄く良かったです。お風呂にもベビーバス、ベビーチェア、子供用の風呂椅子と赤ちゃんに優しいホテルだと感じました。ゲームコーナー前に赤ちゃんが少しはいはい出来る部屋もありました。プールはまぁまぁの広さですが浅い方と分けてあり監視の方もいてファミリーには充分だと思います。夕方に屋上から夕日が見れますので是非登って下さい。夜ご飯の時間を早く取りたい方は早目のチェックインが良いと思います。部屋のバストイレは良くあるユニットタイプですが可もなく不可もなくです。ロビーに子供用の浴衣もあって可愛かったです。荷物乗せるカートが争奪戦なのとチェックイン時は少し並びます、エレベーターももう少しあれば便利だと思います。館内の説明はスマホQR読み取りなのでスマホは必須かなと。夏休み中はお高くなってましたが、またオフシーズにに行きたいです！
