3rd stay in 5 months. This time brought family looking forward to the pool. Arrived April 1 looked at pool, it was good. Afternoon April 2 went to pool to swim, but it was closed and drained. Something about guest sick in the pool that AM so they drained it for the health dept? Don’t they chem treat for this? Saddened, we could have stayed at cheaper place without a pool, went to front desk asked for manager, requested room discount. No can do she said since third party reservation. First I have heard of that since the receipt was from Hampton Inn so I assume my money went to Hampton inn. Mgr said would credit my HH account 10,000 points. I don’t know if this was done or the value of it. Also AM April 2 we went to breakfast 9:30AM. Food mostly gone.
