Terrible service and room smelled disgusting!
For convenience location, we booked 2 queen beds one night with my 2 kids. Came to check in late evening. There is no welcome and the man front desk responding rude to us. The front desk first mistakenly sent us to one bed. We came back and requested a different room. He then assigned us to a room that smelled like someone peeing on the carpet floor. My boy about to vomit up by the time he walked in the room. We then came back and request for a refund but got denied. The man told us since it’s no refund policy for my prepaid, we have to accept with another room. I didn’t go check for what breakfast looked like but my so kids nothing there. The breakfast is look very old stale sausage and nothing there. We had very bad experience with this hotel. There are few other things happening that we don’t feel safe when staying in even one night in this hotel but not want to tell. After this incident, we knew that Marriott and Hilton are only place we will stay. No more La Quinta!
