Ferre Cusco hotel

It was a overall nice clean comfy hotel the restaurant is on top of the hotel and is one of the highest around so the views are breathtaking!!

I loved the hotel. Super nice staff and the morning breakfast is wonderful. The only problem is Expedia didn’t let them know I booked or that I was coming. They need to follow through with them. They tried to make me pay for my stay when I was departing.

Fabuloso Hotel en Cusco

Nuestra estancia fue sumamente placentera, la habitación muy cómoda, silenciosa, limpia. El personal sumamente amable y dispuesto para ayudar. En nuestro regreso del tren sufrí de mareo e inmediatamente al llegar nos llevaron té de Coca y lo que requiera para mejorar Ofrecen un desayuno bastante bueno variado y suficiente para comenzar el día Cerca de lugares para comer, si bien no está cerca de la plaza de Armas llegas en 10 min, 1000% recomendable

Genial !!

El lugar es bueno, mucha tranquilidad y una atención muy buena en la habitación, en recepción y en el restaurante. A pesar de estar un poco alejado de la plaza de Cusco, no fue un impedimento para salir y disfrutar de la ciudad en cualquier momento ya que hay servicio de taxi a un precio bastante asequible. En mi apreciación muy personal para los servicios que ofrece, la atención brindada, la infraestructura y ubicación; el costo por hospedarse en este lugar es razonable.

Excelente servicio del personal de hotel, todos atentos cumpliendo las necesidades e inclusive van mas alla, ayudando a coordinar tours y encontrar la mejor opcion, el restaurante presenta una excelente vista de la ciudad de Cusco.

Desde que llegamos al hotel, el personal se comporto de a mejor manera, fue muy servicial con cada peticion, incluso nos ayudar a localizar la mejor opcion para realizar los tours, estaban atentos con cada peticion o necesidad, el ambiente tranquilo, el restaurante con una excelente vista de la ciudad de Cusco.

Clean hotel, maybe poor location

Stayed as 2 friends in a twin room on the third floor, which was very clean, the sheets were changed daily we think, and clean towels provided. Breakfast was a selection of meats and cheeses, bread for toast, jam, butter, honey and olives, fresh juices, coffee tea and cereals, as well as scrambled eggs and sausages (more like frankfurtes). The service was good, with friendly reception staff, and they agreed to keep some bags for us for a couple of days while we went to ollantaytambo! The one issue we had was ordering from.room service, where our interpretation of a club sandwich massively differed from ours, making it hard to order with allergies. Bear in mind you will have to pay charges for taxes when you arrive. Would stay again if needing to be in that area, but for general tourists would prefer somewhere different. Thanks.

Final days in Cusco

Staff at Hotel Ferre are absolutely amazing! I had originally booked my stay at their sister hotel in Lima and realized it the day before. Not only did they transfer the reservation to the correct hotel they didn't add any additional fees and made it as seamless as possible. Once I arrived staff had held my bag which was delivered by our hiking agency and checked us in quickly. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The following day I had a late flight and didn't want to spend the day exploring with my luggage and they were happy to hold it for me until the end of the day no hesitation. Thank you all for going above and beyond! Oh and cabs can easily pull up to the front door which was an extra plus since most places are down alleys and require drop off at the ends of the blocks.

Newer and nice

This hotel was pleasant with a clean facility. The elevator was a nice treat along with the restaurant on the top floor. Location was at the end of the industrial section however a short walk brought us to convenience stores and other restaurants.

Great Stay in Cusco

Good value hotel

This hotel is a good value for the price. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There is a good heater if it gets too chilly. Breakfast was good-scrambled eggs, bread, cereals, fruit, hot dogs. The staff were very helpful and spoke some English. It cost about $2 to take a taxi to the tourist areas in Cusco from this hotel. The surrounding neighborhood does not have a lot of shops and restaurants. It is not a far walk to Avenida La Cultura for some that though. The shower was not always hot water at all times of day.

Boa escolha para o final da viagem.

Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel und den Service waren super. Hotel liegt ca. auf halbem Weg zwischen Flughafen und Plaza de Armas, für beide Orte muss man aber ein Taxi nehmen
