The exterior of the hotel was in a very poor state, with renovation works ongoing. However, the interior was very good. The room was clean and presentable and the underground parking was very convenient.

The bed is not great for a family sleeping together because it’s just two beds together and not a king size. Breakfast a little bit too expensive for what you get. Overall a good stay for a decent price.

Handy central hotel, literally a few mins walk from the railway station. Nice big rooms, unfortunately no Air Con which we desperately needed during our stay as the outside temperature was hitting the 30s.

The property had a decent shower, however, was not aware of all the construction they are in the middle of doing, until it was to late to cancel. Also, breakfast selection was slim, especially at the price we paid. Parking was horrible, and not very well marked. I would add photos but, even though there is a place to add, the link is not working. I would advise looking for other hotels and pass this one by.

The hotel is very simple but for spending just one night was ok. It’s old and going through renovation so it’s kind of a mess in some areas. The window was extremely dirty outside, you could only see scaffolds from it so the curtains must be closed at all times. The parking place is sort of tricky, but in the end a good option to book it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give the hotel just a big fat zero I would. Their customer service is deplorable unacceptable and nonexistent. Due to an airline situation we were not able to go to Florida and I was unable to cancel until the morning of my arrival. They charged me full seven nights stay when the hotel was completely surrounded in scaffolding and I canceled 24 hours late. I begged for a refund I emailed got no response begged some more and then they threatened me that if I didn't stop emailing I would never get a refund. Guess what I did not get even one night's refund of my seven nights. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times before and I used to love it. And I am quite certain that the renovation whenever it's finished and whenever they decide to tell you about it, it will be lovely. But they don't care about their customers and they refuse to work with you and I would never stay here again ever

Väldigt nära järnvägstationen och nära till gamla stan. Tråkigt med byggställningar på utsidan pga fasadomgörning, ingen utsikt från rummet pga genomskitigs fönster och ställningar. Bra frukost till priset av 15 euro per person.

Gutes Hotel am Hbf Fulda

Schönes, praktisches Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die meiste Zeit war ruhig, trotz Straße. Derzeit wird gebaut und das Hotel ist „eingepackt“. Bei den zuletzt sehr warmen Tagen sicher kein Nachteil. Dazu stand ein Ventilator im Zimmer. In der Nähe sind gute Speise- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gut fand ich das bequeme Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche und am Bett den drehbaren Fernseher. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich, aber völlig ok. Frisches Rührei und Müsli zu empfehlen.

Tiefgarage von 22 bis 6 Uhr: Nix geht rein, nix geht raus. Kommt man zu spät vom Abendessen, muss man draussen parken. Um die Ecke vom Bahnhof - viel Vergnügen dabei. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung nochmal viel Vergnügen.

Durch die Baumaßnahmen an der Fassade des Hotels war der Eingang und die Sicht versperrt. Fenster von Aussen verdreckt. Zeitweise war es laut. Das machte das sonst so schöne Ambiente unattraktiv.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Das Zimmer war riesig und hatte eine Couch. Der TV könnte zum Bett und Sofa gedreht werden. Das Bad war renoviert und sehe viel Platz. Das Personal beim Check-in und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Buffet am Morgen ist so liebevoll zubereitet. Das hatte ich so nicht erwartet. Tolle Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Salate, Eierspeisen und viel mehr. Das Hotel ist 3min Fußweg vom Hbf entfernt und man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Einkaufsstraße und der schönen Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und merke mir das Haus für Folgebesuche.

Ich war nur eine Übernachtung da und musste noch vor dem Frühstück gehen. Hatte ein Tag vorher gebucht zu einem tollen Angebot. Ging alles super schnell. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Nach einer anstrengenden Zugfahrt fühlte ich mich im Invite gut aufgehoben und konnte den Stress loslassen.
