I arrived after check in closed. The key was easy to locate. The property needs lights to mark the entry to the driveway as it is quite bushy and on a busy road and there are lots of lovely trees which make it difficult to see the entry.

It was clean and convenient, with self-service, and check-in and check-out were very convenient. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the air conditioner is aging, and it takes half an hour to preheat. There is also a few minutes of noise in the shower pipe.

This was perfect for our overnight stop over between Gold Coast and Melbourne. The room was comfortable, the sheets and bedding were very clean. The bathroom has been updated. It was quiet and we got a great night sleep. We arrived after reception closed and left before they opened, but everything worked out well.
