The place is older, as well as the furniture. The springs or padding of the chairs need replacing - we used pillows to sit on to be able to eat at the table. The tiny TV is difficult to view. The staf is friendly. Would be good to start updating. Starting to fall behind.

Walking distance to CBD. NO WIFI - not even in common areas. One sees a signal but it drops immediately. Cell phone reception is very poor. Must be outside to get one bar (service with Telstra and Optus).

Comfortable rooms. But living room a bit small. Light not working at living room, service person brought a stand lamp, champion. But at night the stand lamp stop working. The premium 2 room comes with WIFI, just that the signal is terrible. No way to connect and use, end up using own phone WIFI.

All the wall sockets in both bedrooms and the kitchen exhaust fan just didn't work. It was a massive inconvenience because the fire alarm just kept going off from the cooking and everyone had to charge their equipment in the living room. I let management know but unfortunately the issue did not get fixed for the duration of our stay. The staff were really friendly but I don't think they could fix the issue. It's a shame because everything else was fine but the rooms were disappointing.
