松本年末年始冬旅
別館になりました。値段が安い上に快適でした。まさかの中日にお部屋清掃も替えのタオルも用意して下さって有り難かったです。 また2泊中特別煩い客が居なかったこともラッキーでした。 唯一気になった事はエアコンフィルター掃除が大分されてなかったかなと…。その影響で自分は鼻水が出たり友人は目が痒かったと言ってました。欲を言えば冬の長野は乾燥が酷いので安い加湿器など置いて下さると助かります。

駅まで徒歩圏内で食事には困らないが、フロントさんが不在なのと聞きたいことがある時にベルや太鼓ならしても忙しいのか出られず。 でも昔がならの雰囲気は趣きがあってよかった。安価なのにお布団や清掃は気持ち良く整っていました。

又、利用致します。安くて清潔なのはgood！
初めての利用で、本館と別館が有って別館と云われてサービス、部屋の感じ等での劣等感を疑ったが、松本駅前のお気に入りのBAR利用の為の寝るだけの利用でした。GestHouse的な利用ではお風呂も大きくて清潔、駅までも徒歩10分程度で雪の無いシーズンには又利用したいと思った。別館には西洋人の男女が1組利用していた。駅への地図くらいは用意が欲しかった。写真は本館で、道を挟んで別館。事前に本館・別館かは伝えるべきでは？

施設の古さは覚悟していたが想像以上でした。しかしながらそれを踏まえた上でのスタッフの方々の優しさや気遣いが染み入ります。 大風呂は自由貸切交代型でいつ空くかわからないため待つ必要があり不便でした。色んな人と交代で入るため湯船に不潔さを感じました。 ふかふかのお布団を楽しみに、ついに利用したわけですが分厚いマットレスがふっかふかの正体でした！娘も私もぐうぐう眠ることができました。 駅へのルートも二種あり、親切に教えてくれる紙がありました。 受付すぐ横の大広間は圧巻ですね。そこかしこに表出する老朽化への対応が追いつかないのだと思いました。大きいだけに大変ですね。スタッフさんは機転のきく素敵な旅館だと思います。 ありがとうございました。

松本駅からそれほどの距離でなく、看板が大きく直ぐに 探せた。簡潔で適切な対応でいい。 お風呂も清潔感があり、ゆったり出来た。 翌日一番の列車で大糸線・豊科に、蝶が岳登山の前泊の宿 として、安価で最適です。
