This is a nice hotel, but the service and attention to detail has deteriorated sadly. This was our third visit and will be the last. All relatively minor issues but for the price, we noticed them and were surprised. The cleaning of the room was incomplete - the dirty cloth was left in the room along with the dirty towels in a heap. There was no replacement water or coffee. There was a leak outside our room from the ceiling that maintenance were dealing with, but the wet floor, the ladder and all the maintenance equipment were in the hallway causing a hazard for sometime, and presumably connected to this, although no information was provided, we had no running water in the room on the morning of our checkout. This was also a surprise to the receptionist (who was very lovely throughout our stay) who was unaware, and couldn’t do anything to rectify it as we were checking out. The food in the restaurant varied, we had a nice steak dish, and one nice sushi dish, but the other sushi dishes were oddly warm. It’s a shame, but with attention to some of the details this would be a lovely hotel and it is in the perfect palma spot.
