Obwohl das Hotel relativ teuer ist, ist es für mich das beste Hotel das ich in der Karibik besucht hatte.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Upon arriving at 3 am for check-in, I was not given the room that I had originally booked I recently stayed at a resort that left a lot to be desired in terms of dining options and guest care. The resort claimed to offer multiple dining options, but during lunch, only one restaurant was open, leading to long lines and waits for a meal. To make matters worse, the food served was not fresh and lacked flavor.
Additionally, the resort lacked a buffet option, leaving guests with limited choices for their meals. This lack of variety was disappointing and made dining at the resort a tedious and unenjoyable experience.
Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the resort was negligent when it came to guest safety. I witnessed a broken power cable submerged in the swimming pool for hours, posing a serious risk to guests. This lack of maintenance and disregard for guest safety was unacceptable and concerning.
Beach and pools are V.dirty and I didn't use them.
If you ask for a manager always unavailable , the resort is run by irresponsible teenagers claiming that they are butlers.
Overall, my experience at this resort was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of fresh food options, long wait times for meals, and disregard for guest safety left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this resort to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Hotel is very beautifull, they asign you a butler that helps you during all your stay. Pedro was the best he was very helpfull and even in his day off he was helping us. Its very quite, more of a couples hotel. Areas were very clean. They dont have a night club but you can have fun in the sport bar with the DJ (Elian was the best). The only thing that wasnt too good was the food. Sometimes cold. Breakfast and meats were good, but tried gnocchi, fried chicken and salads that didnt like.

Terrible experience—do NOT go here.
I booked this trip for my husband's 40th birthday, requesting a special room setup. Despite booking in August for February, nothing was prepared. They promised exceptional service, but it was a disaster.
Our first butler, Pedro, was incompetent—it took 2.5 hours and multiple calls just to get an iron, making us late for dinner. He also ignored our requests to confirm an excursion, forcing us to track him down, only to find him partying on a guest's balcony while on duty. We had to go to the manager to get another butler.
The replacement butler was just as bad. He tried barging into our room without knocking—even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on—while I was naked. My husband had to intervene.
They also tricked us into a "gift" that turned out to be a high-pressure sales pitch for a $70,000 hotel membership, wasting our last vacation day.
On top of all that, our room had an ant infestation, and we met multiple guests who didn't get what they paid for, including a couple denied their swim-up room.
This hotel ruined our trip and our desire to return to this country. Save your money and sanity—stay elsewhere!
