This hotel is an absolute gem. Best part of Palma. Best breakfasts Best views from great Sky Bar ( pricey but you’re on your hols ) Fabulous staff - especially Paola on reception, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. Bit noisy with people having fun but get yourself a junior suite with no outside view on the second floor for a good nights sleep if you need it. Second time here and we’ll be back. This hotel needs to decide if it's a hotel or a nightclub, your paying customers have no sleep and disruption from your skybar is disgusting, would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the staff need to care about more about your hotel guests instead of focusing only on the drinkers.
