Travelled from Victoria, picked this location and when entering the room especially was overwhelmed with the spacious layout and highly impressed. Room would be ideal for a family of 4 as it accommodates the sleeping for 4 and could even entertain in the dinning area for social gathering. Liked the fact it was also quiet and was able to unwind after a long drive in the spacious spa. Would highly recommend and would certain book again.

Check in was very friendly and welcoming however the lobby needs a deep clean. Went upstairs to our ‘spa suite’ and found a mixed bag. Clean room, comfortable beds but in need of maintenance. The blinds are broken leaving the bathroom windows uncovered, and the tiny balcony was filthy and the door barely opened. The food was positively awful.

The services from staff was amazing they were really welcoming and friendly and I was greeted with a warm smile each time a staff member saw me. I requested a hairdryer and there was no issue. Pre-check in went smoothly and to check out was super quick i just popped the door cards in the box in reception. The room was clean and neat and my privacy was respected, if I didn’t want to be disturbed they respected that I had really restful sleep in a dark and quiet room, I highly recommend this hotel.

The day we checked in was a 45 degree day.....so when we got the to room .....they had the aircon already going .....so the room was cool as a cucumber!! 👍.....the bed was very very comfortable..... customer service was good....friendly staff.....no microwave in the room tho to reheat left overs from lasts night's tea...that was a bummer
