Nice hotel with spa

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The hotel has two sections: old and new. We stayed in the new section, which was designed beautifully and was in excellent condition. The spa was a nice addition. The only disappointing part was the breakfast; we found it very basic, especially considering the price, but it was all right.

Nachdem die letzten zwei Aufenthalte im Allgemeinen eher enttäuschend waren, hat dieses Hotel in Iserlohn unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns wieder vollends überzeugt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war durchweg zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hundefreundlichkeit: Unser Vierbeiner bekam überall sofort einen Wassernapf, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Unser Zimmer der Kategorie "Treeconemy" war nicht nur toll, sondern auch makellos sauber. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel hervorragend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und bot einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht zu Gast, aber dieser kurze Aufenthalt hat uns gezeigt, dass hier einfach alles stimmt. Dieses Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein tolles Hotel! Der Anbau ist super schön geworden. Die neuen Zimmer haben tolles Design und alles wurde super schön durchdacht und umgesetzt. Auch der neue Saunabereich ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen sicher weiterhin wieder. Danke!

Wunderschönes Hotel im Sauerland

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Seilersee, einer Gegend wo man sehr gut spazieren und radeln kann. Das Zimmer (großes Doppelzimmer) war modern und geräumig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Pool und der SPA Bereich waren fantastisch! Es war insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Iserlohn!

Hallo, Im Allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden bis auf das Bett da es wirklich bei jeder kleinen Bewegung Geräusche gemacht hat und die Nacht nicht wirklich erholsam war. Das war wirklich schade ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr engagierten Personal. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind ein Traum. Wir konnten uns super entspannen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass der Wellnessbereich sehr hellhörig ist.

Generell ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr schön renoviert und der Wellness-Bereich und das neue Haus am Wald ist ebenfalls super. Im Detail aber viele Dinge, die man noch verbessern könnte. Frühstück ist für 4-Sterne Superior nicht angemessen. Brötchen sind klein und hart. Buffet wird oft nicht nachgelegt und man muss bei vielen Dingen nachfragen (Gläser, Brot, Kaffee, Croissants, ...). Personal beim Frühstück oft überfordert und genervt. Kein Obst zum mitnehmen am Buffet oder im Wellness-Bereich. Ausblick der TREEconomy-Zimmer zum Wald ist super schön und ruhig. Leider sind alle anderen Zimmer im neuen Gebäude zur Straße ausgerichtet. Macht man die Tür zum Balkon auf, hört man direkt den Straßenlärm von der Bundesstraße. Wer also empfindlich ist und Ruhe sucht, sollte lieber ein TREEconomy Zimmer buchen. Sehr angenehm ist, dass das Parken kostenlos ist und das E-Auto kann man ebenfalls kostenlos laden. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und freundlich.

Von dem Hotel waren wir begeistert (auch Spa und Schwimmbad). Man kann auch sehr schöne Spaziergänge dort machen (um den Seilersee etc.).Frühstück im Hotel hervorragend. Leider ist die Speisekarte überwiegend nur was für Steakesser.

Leider hatten wir ein Business comfort Zimmer gebucht. Das war gelinde gesagt eine Unverschämtheit und fürchterlich dreckig. Erst nach Beschwerde hatten wir die Möglichkeit in den neuen Trakt des Hotels umzuziehen. Dort sind die Zimmer gepflegt und top modern. Wirklich sehr geschmackvoll! Ich würde empfehlen auf keinen Fall die Business Zimmer zu buchen. Altes Mobiliar, dreckig und verschimmeltes Badezimmer, kaputte Tür ! Leider hat dieser erste Eindruck den zweiten Eindruck sehr schwer gemacht zu genießen. Balkon und später auch im modernen Bereich die Terrasse werden leider nicht gepflegt. Für den Preis ( nicht in einer Großstadt wohl bemerkt) haben wir von Anfang an mehr erwartet. Schade

Tolles Hotel, jederzeit wieder

Sehr schönes Hotel und Saunabereich. Besonders schön und ruhig sind die Zimmer im Haus am Wald. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Auf jeden Fall meine erste Anlaufstelle, wenn ich geschäftlich in dieser Gegend unterwegs bin.

Wir sind bereits mehrmals hier gewesen und haben das Gefühl, dass die Qualität kontinuierlich abnimmt. Dies beginnt schon mit der Begrüßung bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption. Die Dame war enorm unmotiviert, mundfaul und bekam nicht einmal ein Lächeln zustande. Das gebuchte Premium-Zimmer unterschied sich (trotz Aufpreis) nicht im geringsten zum Business Zimmer. Die Betten sind komfortabel und haben eine angenehme Härte. Das Zimmer war extrem geheizt und es war leider nicht möglich die Heizung im Zimmer (im Winter) selbst zu regeln. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich schön und modern. Allerdings lässt da die Sauberkeit ebenfalls nach. Der Duschkopf der Regendusche war so verkalkt, dass dass Wasser an vielen Punkten nicht mehr ausströmen konnte. An den Rändern des Duschbodens sammelten sich schon bräunliche Ablagerungen. Leider ist der Boden in der Dusche bei Nässe extrem glatt, sodass es mich fast hingelegt hätte. Wahrscheinlich wurde das Reinigungsmittel nicht richtig entfernt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist wirklich ausreichend und sehr lecker. Leider gibt es in dem sehr schön gestalteten Raum sehr wenig Personal, sodass man beim Zutritt oft lange warten muss. Auch dort zeigte sich aber die Nachlässigkeit bei der Sauberkeit. Zwei Tage lang stand das gleiche leere Sektglas aus dem Fensterbrett. Einst ein gutes Hotel - jetzt traurige Entwicklung. Wirklich schade.
