Quietness without the Hotel service fuzz

The room was of a good size and the bathroom was fully renovated. Shower and toilet area, maybe a bit small for oversize guests. Very clean and nice bedding. Everything was working, including the internet. Quiet area and the windows can be opened. No F&B opportunities. Coffee machine in the room is very good, justifies the 1 Euro per pod. Beverages in the mini bar are all 3 Euros, a fair price for a mini bar.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, insbesondere für den günstigen Preis an einem langen Brückenwochenende. Dass dafür das Bett und Bad sehr klein und die Matratze nicht 5 Sterne hatte, ist aus meiner Sicht verständlich und sollte auch jedem vor der Buchung bewusst sein. Unsere Reisegruppe war durchweg positiv überrascht, sodass wir das Hotel für einen Kurztrip uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Sauberes Hotel in U-Bahnnähe am Stadtpark

Mit der Ubahn sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten von der Haltestelle "Saarlandstraße", ca. 15 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Hbf). Das Einchecken ging schnell (Checkout bei der Abreise ebenso), die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber, es gab viel Stauraum, eine Garderobe, einen Schreibtisch (mit Stuhl), einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine kleine Sitzbank. Der Boden war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt (gut, nicht abgenutzt oder dreckig), das Fenster ließ sich weit öffnen. Zu bemerken sei noch, dass die Matratze recht hart ist - diese Info mag für den ein oder anderen doch wichtig sein. Das Badezimmer war sauber, auch hier gute Ablagemöglichkeiten, eine Regendusche, viele Spiegel und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Beleuchtung war im Schlafbereich wie im Badezimmer optimal. Da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße lag, war es recht ruhig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gerade noch okay - der etwas höhere Preis mag jedoch am Stones Konzert gelegen haben, das direkt gegenüber im Stadtpark war (die Nähe war ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung) und somit optimal erreichbar.
