Flew in for our sonâs graduation to realize all the prices increased. 550. for 2 days for a very SMALL room. Couldnât fit through to get to the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the hangers, non foam mattresses.
Exactly what I paid for, a nice bed to sleep on and a hot shower at the end of the day. I came to help my daughter move out of her dorm and it was a perfect stay. Thanks M6!
Strange kiosk with overseas individual on a large screen assisted with check in as an actual person was behind the counter doing nothing. One crinkly miniscule towel for two people was supplied. No in room coffee. Exhaust from large truck poured into the room as people park backwards.Such a strange experience but for $60 what do you expect?
The floor had not been swept. Covered in dirt and debris. So much i couldnt take my shoes off, without my feet getting gross stuff stuck to it. There was loose tobacco on the night stand, clearly not wired or cleaned. Hairs in the sink, shower and pubes in the toilet. The bed felt as if it was broken, one side was much higher than the other, to the point i could get no sleep and hurt my back all night. Explained it to the manager in the morning, not only did he not care, he assured me that the beds were new and i was wrong. Very frustrating experience. Also the someome came in to notify the owner that a dog was loose on the property, he immediately dismissed it and blamed the homeless and was very rude, the gentleman than told him he waa one of the homeless nextdoor and that it wasnt any of their dogs. The owner scoffed at the man and turned his nose up, and gave the biggest look of disgust. Couldnt even hide it. It honestly was very cringe and i couldnt believe the owner had so little professionalism. No offer for a discount, ir a discounted future stay. Its sad that the room was as gross as it was, and that the owner felt no need to take responsibility. I will not be staying here in the future, even tho over the years this is probably my 6th or 7th visit. I understand cheap hotels. But not filthy and so uncomfortable you can even sleep.
the lobby virtual check-in was ridiculous especially with a staff member sitting behind the screen at the same time a person remotely directing me to complete my check-in was the worst experience I have had.
The room we stayed in smelled so bad like wet dog. I understand that pets are allowed, but it was so bad when we opened the door. They could at least take care of the air quality in the room.
