Very clean and modern looking hotel with good sized rooms, which were spruced up each morning. Clean towels provided daily. Pillow range quite poor for size of the bed, and toiletries are of a poor standard with shampoo and shower gel quite cheap and the toilet roll very low quality. Attemped to purchase snacks at 11.30pm, as timings state they are available until 12am, however, staff would not serve me snacks at this time, no recommend an alternative. No access to vending machines or similar which would allow access to 24hr snacks without the need for staff. Area was very close to the metro station which is very easy to navigate towards main centre and other areas. For location and a decent nights sleep, this is a good hotel, but for a 4 star hotel, there are some elements that are lacking and this leans more towards a generic basic national hotel chain.

Bad Hotel

The staff not welcoming and not helpful, and the room no AC and the water chargeable!? I tried to contact the receptionist but no answer and I went down to ask for maintenance, they come but without fix it! I booked 2 rooms and they put us not in same floor, I will never ever book again in this hotel, it was I mistake to stay a night in this hotel.

Hadde et fin opphold på hotellet. Hyggelig personale og ikke noe å klage på. Rommet i 9.etg hadde en kanskje forventet litt mer utsikt men så dessverre rett inn i en mobilkran og et anleggsområde. God frokost!! Ligger litt mellom ingenting (var der for Formel 1 i Monza) så var avhengig av taxi.

Buona posizione vicino a centro commerciale e meteo. Camera silenziosa come ho chiesto, ampia, pulita, bagno pulito e ben fornito. Letto comodo . Personale accogliente e disponibile, ottimo garage gratuito e sorvegliato . Check in con auto complicato, dal garage -1/-2. Devi cercare la porta giusta con l'ascensore giusto per arrivare all'ingresso principale, dove il volume della musica era un po' alto a mio parere. A piedi nessun problema l'accesso è ben visibile e facile. Un discreto 4 stelle.

Leider waren die Installationen im Badezimmer eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Waschbecken war nur sporadisch an der Wand befestigt. Ein Duschvorhang war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Schade.

Das Zimmer war okay, aber Badezimmer war richtig dreckig. An den Badetüchern gab es Haare von anderen Gästen. Ich dache mir an dem ersten Tag, okay das kann passieren, es ist kein Weltuntergang aber an dem zweiten Tag wieder das Selbe. Ich hoffe, das Hotel achtet in der Zukunft auf Sauberkeit. Ansonsten war es okay, liegt direkt in der Nähe von Verkehrsmitteln.

Excellent hotel. It is located near the metro station. Lots of transportation around. Not too far from the city attractions. Rooms are very nice, specious and comfortable. Staffing is very helpful and kind. Nice facilities. Price is very affordable. Highly recommended. Only one thing negative. Not too many restaurants or supermarket around.
