Came into town on late evening flight has reservation was place into dirty room with beer cans, trash everywhere including dirty soiled towels. My co worker help me bring my luggage into the room. So several trips were made and was rudely interrupted while I was asleep by security who was mindless idiot claiming false information about him being the owner of the company said he can throw me out of my room. Which is made racist comment about me and my friend. Is this what motel 6 represents for good customer service

Worst motel in Phoenix
This property looks nothing like in the pictures,
The they gave us look like someone was in there already, the door was open and the bed looked as if someone had been laying on it,the Tv was on too. We asked for a different room and that one wasn't any better. The restroom wasn't swept there was a cigarette butt and a dirty wash cloth in the shower. And the worst part the room had no AC. I was tired of driving 7 hours . So I stayed. But it's been the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Also the outside was full of drug addicts. I wasn't familiar with the area. And really had no where else to go. So I stayed. But never ever again. It definitely wasn't worth the 245. I was charged for two nights. Like I said the motel looks nothing like the picture you promote. I wish I would have took pictures of everything.

You don’t always get what you think you’re getting
I don’t know what I was paying so much money on? The ice machine was not working, the girl at the front desk started verbally abusing me when I became upset over the ice. I explained i had medicine that needed to be kept cool and that I couldn’t even get a piece of ice. At first she was thoughtful and offered to keep it down in the office and then she went off. So… yeah I just lost $80 worth of antibiotics! I even asked nicely if there was a way I could have a fridge in the room. She threatened me and told me I’d be checking out the following day, haha that was my plan all along honey. She’s Mexican or mixed with blk curly hair. Sits in the back of office.
I absolutely love the lady with the blonde hair, I forget her name but I believe she’s the property manager. Always kind and respectful to everyone

Nightmare Stay
I made the mistake of reserving a room here without reading the reviews. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding. The hotel is in a bad area surrounded by transients . I did not feel safe so I left and paid double for another room at another hotel chain.

Nightmare instead of a dream
Well as soon as we get to the hotel they tell us that the system is down and that it'll be down for the foreseeable future and that we need to just wait in our cars until they see them come out to let us know that the systems are then we end up waiting 3 and 1/2 hours before we end up falling asleep in the car and then I wake up and send my wife inside to see if the reservation is ready or if they can actually let us in and turns out the systems have been up for a little while but they just didn't care to go check in the parking lot for anybody sitting in their cars waiting still. I feel like I'm very unsatisfied with this visit because all of that caused both my sons to be late for school and me to be late for work because we got such bad and little sleep that we overslept right through our alarms. Please let me know how we can be compensated for this terrible visit

The room was dirty and not ready at 3pm. The blankets had makeup and human and dog hair on them.

The woorst experience ver

Rough experience
Stayed here two nights. The central air conditioning was down in the entire building, although they fixed it on the second night. Bed was broken. Saw a couple cockroaches. Room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. Half the power outlets didn't work. The premises were occupied by vagrants and people with drug issues. Woke up at 7am to a woman outside pacing and ranting about how she was going to "f*** up all the haters".

You get what you pay for...
The place is beyond desireable. Between the homeless in the area and obvious drug deals being held on the property within parking lot, you get what you will be paying for. One plus was the mattress was relatively new and comfortable but that's about it. NO AIR CONDITIONING; or it is more fair to say the A/C was non operational.

friendly staff but not well maintained
staff are friendly... however, 2 stars are taken off due to the lack of maintenance. ... Faucet is leaking and the bath flooring need a good cleaning..

Couldn't have been worse!
Couldn't have been worse. Homeless dealing drugs out of the room under us. Randos banging on our door throughout the night. No ac! Smoke smell in every room. We know we switched 3 times before giving up. More patched holes in the walls then wall. Floors made your feet black. Lipstick on the sheets. Holes in all the blankets, holes in light shades. The grate to the exhaust fan in the bathroom fell of randomly in the night.

cold day in hell
the heater did not work it was frezzing in the room i called several times no one vame to fix the tv did not work and it could have been a simple fix there's no batteries in the remote that could have been the main problem or the only problem I'll never know after several calls asking for help a blanket anything and I was ignored I left the next day

Lies and filth
Room was ok but service was less than mediocre. After being there for about 5 days i extended a day and because front desk associate didn't do her job properly i was given 20 minutes to get my belongings and leave before security was called. Wouldn't let me explain it all any questions. So i called the business that booked my reservation. They were able to get everything fixed and i went down to office to verify. Everything was ok. Then at MIDNIGHT my phone rings and it's the front desk very risky telling me i need to come down to the office and bring my ID when i come. Apparently the front desk girl also f*cked up again and didn't get my signature... However, she told her boss that i didn't have my ID And that i said i would bring it down and never did. She never asked me for ID. GOTTA LOVE A LIAR!
