Impressions of single non-smoking room

I had a great stay; however, the decor leaves much to be desired. I have stayed at hostels with better decor. The room looked very tired and outdated. The tiles in the bathroom need new grout. The bedspread had a hole in it as if a previous guest had burnt it.

値段は当日取った割に安く、1人利用なのに、ツインにしてくださり、よかったのですが... カード名義と違う名前で取っていたため、チェックインに少し手間取ってしまい、すみません、カード名義と名前が違くてこちらの名前でした。と訂正すると、馬鹿にしたように笑い、それなら部屋がないのは当たり前ですよ、それに、そんな安い値段で泊まれるわけないですよ。って笑われました。でも、こちらのミスなのでとりあえず我慢しました。翌朝の朝食会場も9時終了なのに、30分に来た時従業員さんがマイカップでコーヒーをいれ、しかもそのまま機械に入れっぱなし。コーヒーを入れられずに待ちました。ラストオーダーが50分なのに40分ごろから片付けはじめ、自分たちが持ち帰り用か、あまりのおにぎりを分けてラップでしまい始めるし...気持ちはわかるのですが、お客さんの前ではやめてほしかったです。全体的に、従業員さんがやる気がなくて、残念でした。

職員さんが親切で素敵

職員さんがとても親切で問い合わせの電話対応もとても気持ちのいい対応でした。急な葬儀で急に予約した割には安くて、朝ごはんもついていましたし、おいしかったです。また何かの時には利用したいです。
