The staff were very good. For an older person the entry door handles are very hard to open, and there isn’t enough plugs to charge devices.

There’s no complimentary water or coffee inside the room. I guess the hotel does not want to attract good paying customers. A 3 in 1 coffee pack cost less that 100 pesos wholesale but will be a good convenient offering to patrons… just a thought.

This hotel should not even passed sanitation. It day room was so stinky we were moved to another room but the toilet starts to leak then it smells like sewage, moved again to another room then the brownout, no back up generator had to go up by steps till the 7th floors. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Still waiting for the refund they promised, will not recommend this hotel👎

rooms is like you are in the boarding house and toilets are disgusting with yellowish and stains. limited parking space and they prioritize it for employees not for clients. breakfast is not a buffet just a plate with 1 cup of rice and 1 viand. and its in a cafe next to it that maybe they partner with and charge for extra rice and milk in your coffee coz they only give free sugar and cream. not a place to recommend.

This is a good budget hotel for those staying just a night or two in Davao. Bed and pillows are comfy, the room is dark at night thanks to good curtains and pretty clean. It's basic, so nothing fancy here. There is a hot water carafe, cable TV and good Wifi. They have a small parking lot, but it's tight. The area around the hotel has a Robinsons ( 1 min. walk) a good pizzeria, 7-11, etc. The location is very good. I'll stay here again.

Jeg kom meget tidligt på morgenen og jeg vidste godt at jeg måske skulle vente lidt. 7 timer helt nøjagtigt, dog ikke helt vad jeg selv havde regnet med. På rummet var det de forrige gæsters senge betræk som jeg benyttede mit eget håndklæde tog jeg i brug. Ingen vand i rummene der er en fælles tank i receptionen. Der var en bare lille form for ignorance her. Om jeg kommer igen det tror jeg ikke….
