If need some peace

Hotel was ok, service in lobby was nice and friendly and helpfull. But the restaurant staff and food wasnt worth of the money. The wifi didnt work that well. But hotel area was peacefull and with nice sea view

Room Terrible, hotel was good

The room was not ready for customers. Whether it was the door key that did not work, no shower curtain, the bathroom sink puts the water out onto my shorts, the door did not seal and the room was full of mosquitos... The list was too large to give this hotel a good rating. When I leave the hotel room, the hotel was nice.

Location by the beach

Saya tidak akan pernah kembali menginap di Pacific

Sangat tidak menyenangkan, kolam renang bercampur dengan umum dan gazebo disewakan pada pengunjung umum sehingga kita kesulitan untuk menggunakan. kondisi kamar sangat tidak sesuai dengan harga, kabel listrik dan stop contak diletakkan sembarangan dan semrawut. Pantai disepanjang hotel sangaat jorok.

Nice place

Rooms are ok, bathrooms not the greatest but bed is fine. There was no fridge in our room Staff are excellent and very helpful Swimming pool is amazing, 10ft deep the whole pool Food is average, nothing special

Great staff & facilities

Stayed 2 nights either side of our mount Rinjani trip! Staff went out of their way to help us with booking our trip,minding our bags for 2days and taxi to airport. The swimming pool is AMAZING! About 10foot deep end to end. Food was average!

Not what we expected

we had booked a deluxe room but when we arrived the hotel was overbooked and no deluxe rooms were available. We were given the choice of being downgraded or moving to a different hotel and then being upgraded the next day. we dd not want the hassle of moving hotels, however the room we were given was old, dirty and moldy. The next day we were moved to a different room in front of the pool. This room was very big, however the bathroom design was weird, meaning that the whole floor got wet when you took a shower. Moreover the wall are very thin and it felt like being in the same room as the neighbors (who were very loud – not the hotels fault). The breakfast was okay, however the service from the staff in the restaurant was variable. The first day we were given the choice of boiled or fried eggs and were given only one fried egg. The day after we got two. On the third day the waiter told us we could get an omelet or a banana pancake. Very strange. The pool area is nice, however it is a bit annoying that there is a lot of people selling sunglasses, CD’s etc by the pool. All in all I would not book this again.

Nice hotel

A very nice hotel a little bit dated but friendly staff in a good location. Nice pool area looking directly over the ocean. Only a 10minute walk to Senggigi Main Street.

Hotel trascurato, di per sè non sarebbe così male tranne l'ambiente della reception che è un pessimo biglietto da visita. La camera non era la deluxe prenotata, ma una brutta e vecchia camera standard con un bagno che sfiorava l'impresentabilità. Le foto sul sito non rispecchiano affatto gli ambienti e lo stato dell'hotel.

Svært skuffende kvalitet

Vi bukket inn på en suite, og forventet deilige kvalitet. Rommet var akkurat som et helt vanlig hotellrom. Frokosten var god, men begredelig liten. Et tallerken med to toast og litt eggerøre. Ikke noe stor hotelfrokost som man kanskje forventer. Personalet er til dels veldig hyggelig, men servicen er likevel ikke så bra. Prismeasog er det akkurat som alle andre hotellene i Asia, særdeles overproset for kvaliteten de tilbyr og med tanke på hvor billig landene ellers er. Oceanview var også lovet, noe som vi fikk på en måte, men vi fikk også poolmog alle folkene foran nesen hele tiden.

Senggigi was disappointing, but the hotel was nice - with nice staff and just next to the sea (not beach). The hotel is the first in the area, and is a little worn down

Become very old and no housekeeping

Not happy expect for restaurant staff , the room is in shambles , the bath room door won't close . One can't get into the bath tub etc étc. The location of the hotel is far way from the new airport . One need to drive for one and half hours to reach the hotel from the new airport

Worth the price

The Hotel is good. Rooms are very spacious. Good swimming pool just beside the beach. The beach is not very attractive but hotel amenities beside the beach will fill the gap. Cheap and good massage service in the pool. Over all its one of the best place to enjoy your holiday if you prefer to stay in a calm place.

The staffs are friendly

The staffs are friendly made me feel welcome. Nice garden, small pool but good enough. I would like to suggest the management to stop the sellers from entering the premises .
