A beautiful, secluded property. We could see seals and orcas from our room. A 15 minute drive into Sooke and about an hour from downtown Victoria.

Very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous view. We stayed on the top level with a hot tub; very nice, but the tub could have been hotter. There was a minor safety issue: the top step to the apartment level has a protective flap at the edge of the step that was loose. Twice my wife caught the flap with the heel of her shoe going down the steps, but no tumbles. We didn't use the outdoor grill(the only cooking facility) because of cool, wet weather but the kitchen seemed well stocked for that purpose.

Incredible getaway
This is a wonderful getaway. The owners were very helpful. The place was by the ocean and secluded. Very quiet and extremely clean. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Modern quiet location, a bit out of town, would have been nice to have a hot plate or stove. Also the driveway needs a bit of smoothing out, but overall a good experience!

Secluded Paradise!
We celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary here- the best decision! It was away from the city and we enjoyed the privacy, quiet, serenity, beauty, and modern accommodations of this hideaway gem. The staff was amazingly accommodating and provided excellent communication. The management thought of providing everything-all necessities and even right down to spices in the kitchen and insect repellent!

Absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely go back. Wifi in that area is very spotty so you should know that going in. You have to be in town to be assured you are always connected.

Great location
Right on the beach, very private. Hot tub was a huge plus. Perfect place to recharge and have a quiet getaway. Only minus was the shower head could use an update.

Cosy studio with incredible views.
We stayed 3 nights and it provided just what we were looking for; a great place to relax and unwind. Very peaceful with no traffic noise, just waves lapping on the shore, birds singing and the occasional sea lion barking. Would definitely book this room again.

Peaceful
Veronica met us at the front door upon our arrival. We signed in and were told to head up the outdoor flight of stairs to our room. Upon entering it was exactly as the photo we saw in their advertisement. The view...spectacular. We didn't actually spend much time in the room but upon return after a busy day in Victoria (40 minute or so drive) it was a beautiful, peaceful and a relaxing place to rest our heads. The ocean view, the breath taking calmness was very pleasing to the soul. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchenette practical and dining table view breath taking. We enjoyed our stay. We did not have any real interaction with the owners, but that was okay as we really did enjoy the quietness and calmness of the location. Good place to have a get away. Thanks

Perfect get-away in Sooke, BC
Gorgeous upper unit looking directly over the ocean. The view of the Olympic Mountains is also incredible along the skyline. Very clean and fixtures are nearly new. It has a hot tub- but I loved the soaker tub so much that did much of my soaking in that instead (it also has a view) We rate it 5 stars and will definitely be back. only comment: BBQ could use an update- inquire first if you plan on doing a lot of BBQing.

5 out of 5. Romantic, private get away.
We are from Victoria and recently stayed for the first time at Points West Resort after a friend of ours who stayed here highly recommended it to us. The water views were beautiful and we were immediately impressed with how nicely everything was furnished. The Ocean Point suite we stayed in was very private, quiet and perfect for a romantic couples getaway, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We could hear big waves crashing on the shore at night and the private beach was right out front of us. Veronica, the owner was very warm and friendly when we arrived and when we requested a late check out, she was happy to accommodate. Thanks Points West, we will be back very soon! 5 out of 5!

The room was nice and clean. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Even though the hotel was outside of town and very remote it still did not feel private as the blinds were see through.
